The use of technology in young children's lives is a positive thing. Although, they do not encourage hours of television watching done by young children because it is too passive, this article encourages hands on computer programs that would engage a young person's mind.
Also, children with risks of delays benefit greatly from technology programs that help measure where they are at. Technology can be also used to test the senses of young children.
